5 stars well deserved. All staff are friendly, professional, and very informative. Shannon on reception is just fabulous and takes the time to answer all questions you may have. Even while short staffed & having multiple people to help at once she remained calm and didn’t rush anyone. Ariba the hygienist is friendly, calm and explains everything she does. She is meticulous and thorough in her work. Dr. Rocci and Dr. Maria are both fabulous and have a great practice here. The office is clean and they take the utmost care with sanitization processes. Parking is ample and the office is in a nice area of Stoney Creek.

As always, a pleasant experience I saw Dr Rocci and Sherri first. Efficient and thorough, as usual. Than I saw Stephanie for my cleaning. She was meticulous and gentle. In front office Marianne and Shannon checked me in and out cheerfully and efficiently. I have been going to Gateshead Dental for over 30 years and have always been satisfied. Well done 👍

Very nice office and staff. Made me feel very at ease by telling what they were doing every step of the way. Nothing was rushed or dismissed. When I had a question she actually stopped and listened!!! Very happy in choosing Gateshead Dental

I have made my second visit since COVID-19 and Gateshead Dental's new ownership and everyone there is absolutely awesome! Personal names aside, the two ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful that they will put you at ease as soon as you get through the door. Their main dentist is professional but pleasantly casual at the same time... it's almost relaxing (for the dentist office).The hygienist and assistant I had were wonderfully social. Everyone there gets along like family. Dental offices can typically be pleasant but this location is extra special. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Gateshead Dental.

I have been with Gateshead dental for nearly a year after my previous dentist retired after being with him for many years. Dr. Rocci and his team made me feel very welcome and comfortable. With their caring and compassionate nature it did not take me long to feel comfortable like I had been with them for many years. Very knowledgeable, highly recommended.

The Receptionists are very friendly. Dr. Maria and her assistants made sure that my son was feeling okay and comfortable with all the dental procedures as my son was scared initially. They are also very patient in answering all my son’s questions and in accommodating his requests.

After checking out a few dentist reviews and offices I decided to go to Gateshead dental, this was by far one of the best decisions I have made . The staff is very friendly ,they make you feel at ease and relaxed . Dr Maria is a very good dentist ,.as I have limited options as to what can be done with my teeth she was able to far exceed what I expected . I recommend this dental office ,,they definitely earn and deserve the five stars ,,,
